Which platform to use for online discourse?

I think we need to create a few. One would be Publications and pubs policy. Another would be behavior tests for SPAN 2.0. However, i am troubled that this forum did not send an email that replies had been posted. Looking into that.

Teams is too much for us. Google Drive is ok but i cannot create user accounts. Dropbox and Box are good--does everyone have accounts? Citrix has a cool looking product called ShareFile. Anyone used it? Its pricey but i can create folders and users. 

All these are cloud repositories for files, will not help with Forum. But the latter might work on the website, let's see.

Dropbox is good and we might get everyone sign up. But it is not as functional as Google Docs when it comes to editing the same document at the same time. Everyone can create a Google account which will allow them to use Google docs for free I believe. That would be ideal. You do not need to create a goggle account for everyone. Just need to get the email address that each person used to create the account. Then you can put documents into folders and subfolders and share with relevant people.

Ok we have 2 tests underway. Hauxin sent a link to a OneDrive file. It reqired me to log in, but it worked. I just put a bunch of files on my Google Drive and sent everyone a link. We will see how it works.
